Email Troubleshooting

This section addresses common issues encountered when sending or receiving email through our local mail servers. Please note that these troubleshooting steps apply only if you are hosting your email with us (Local Mail Domain). If you redirect your email to a third-party provider (like Google or Outlook), you must contact their support for assistance.

Common Solutions:

  • If you cannot connect to the server at all, you likely need to change your SMTP port.
  • If you can connect but receive "550" or "530" errors, you likely need to enable authentication in your client settings.
