Support tickets
This page displays the complete history of your communication with our support team, as well as automated system notifications (such as invoice alerts).
The Ticket List
- Sorting: Tickets are sorted by ID in descending order, so your most recent interactions always appear at the top.
- Unread Status: Pay attention to the text style. If a ticket subject is displayed in bold font, it indicates an unread message or a new reply that requires your attention.
- Pagination: Use the arrow controls at the top right to navigate through pages of older tickets.
Actions
- Read & Reply: Click directly on the Subject text of any ticket to open the full conversation thread.
- Create New: Click the New trouble ticket button to start a new inquiry.
