Mailboxes
Navigate to: Main Menu > Mail domains > Select a domain > Click the Mailboxes tab.
This page manages the individual email accounts (e.g., john@yoursite.com) associated with your domain.
Managing Accounts
The list on the left displays all active mailboxes. Click on any email address to view its detailed connection settings and management options on the right.
Connection Details
This panel provides the specific credentials needed to set up this account on your phone or computer (Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.):
- Incoming (POP3) & Outgoing (SMTP) servers: The addresses your mail client needs to connect to.
- Account name / Log on using: This is your full email address.
- Ports:
- SMTP (Sending): Use port 25 or 26. (Try 26 if your internet provider blocks port 25).
- POP3 (Receiving): Use port 110.
- Authentication: Ensure your mail client is set to "My outgoing server requires authentication" (Yes). Do not use "Secure Password Authentication" (SPA) (No).
Actions
- ADD MAILBOX: Click this button to create a new email account. You simply need to define the username (the part before the @) and a password.
- CHANGE PASSWORD: Resets the password for the selected mailbox.
- DELETE MAILBOX: Permanently deletes the account and all emails stored within it.
