Mail domains
Navigate to: Main Menu > Mail domains
This dashboard manages domains that use our local email servers. By creating a "Mail domain" here, you authorize our system to handle incoming and outgoing email for that specific address (e.g., contact@yoursite.com).
Active Mail Domains
The grid displays all domains currently configured for local email hosting.
- Management: Click on the Domain Name (the blue header of any card) to create and manage individual email accounts (mailboxes), set up aliases, and access Webmail.
- Subscription Info: Lists the billing ID associated with the service.
Adding a Mail Domain
To start hosting email for one of your sites, click the ADD MAIL DOMAIN button.
Important Prerequisites:
- Conversion Process: You cannot type a random name here. You must select an Existing web domain that you have already created in the "Websites" section. This process "converts" that website to include email capabilities.
- DNS Updates: Creating a mail domain automatically configures the MX Records for that domain to point to our mail servers.
- Third-Party Email: If you intend to use an external service like Gmail (Google Workspace) or Microsoft 365, do NOT create a mail domain here. Instead, go to the DNS records section to add the MX records provided by your email host.
