Delete Website

Navigate to: Main Menu > Websites > Select a website > Click the Delete tab.

This tool permanently destroys the specific website instance you are currently viewing, including all its files and configurations.

Crucial Distinction: Deletion vs. Cancellation

Deleting a website is NOT the same as cancelling your subscription.

• Billing Continues: Your hosting package remains active and paid for. Deleting the website simply empties the "slot," returning your plan to the Available website packages list.
• Re-use: After deletion, you can use the empty package to create a brand new website immediately. This is often done if you want to restart a project from scratch or if you need to switch the underlying Operating System (e.g., deleting a site to re-create it on a different Windows Server version).

Warnings

• Total Data Loss: All files, folders, and content uploaded to this website will be irretrievably lost.
• Configuration Loss: Any IIS settings, domain bindings, and SSL associations specific to this site will be removed.

If your intention is to stop paying for the service entirely, please navigate to the Subscriptions page to cancel the contract instead.
