Payment methods
Navigate to: Main Menu > Billing > Click the Payment methods tab.
This page allows you to manage the credit and debit cards stored on your account. You can register multiple cards to ensure service continuity in case your primary method fails.
Priority & Order
The order of the cards in this list is critical:
- Primary Method: The card at the very top of the list is always attempted first.
- Backup Methods: If the primary card fails (e.g., expires or insufficient funds), the system will attempt to charge the subsequent cards in order (provided you have enabled "Use backup payment methods" in your Billing Options).
- Changing Priority: Click the RISE PRIORITY (up arrow) button next to a card to move it up the list and make it your primary payment method.
Card Actions
Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) on the right of any card row to perform specific actions:
- Enable/Disable: Toggles the card's availability for automatic processing. Disabled cards appear with red warning text and will never be charged automatically.
- Delete: Permanently removes the payment method from your account.
