Navigate to: Main Menu > Support tickets > Click New trouble ticket.
Use this form to submit a new inquiry to our team. Please provide as much detail as possible to help us assist you efficiently.
Form Fields
- Send to: Select the relevant department (e.g., Support or Sales) to ensure your ticket reaches the right people.
- Service: If your issue relates to a specific product (like a particular website or virtual server), specify it here to help us identify the affected resource.
- Return email address: Verify that this address is correct, as this is where you will receive notifications and replies.
- Subject & Message: Clearly summarize the issue in the subject line. In the message body, describe the problem in detail, including any error messages or steps to reproduce it.
- Attach files: Use the Browse buttons to upload screenshots, logs, or other documents that support your case.
Once completed, click SUBMIT REQUEST to send your ticket.
