Dashboard & Navigation Overview
The Dashboard serves as the central hub of your hosting control panel. It summarizes your account status, provides a snapshot of your active services, and acts as the primary entry point to all management modules.
The Navigation Menu (Left Pane)
The main menu on the left provides hierarchical access to every aspect of your account. It is organized into logical groups:
- Account Management: Quick access to high-level account tools including Support tickets, your user Profile, and Billing history.
- Services Tree: Displays a structured list of your active products (e.g., Websites, MS SQL, Virtual servers). You can expand these sections to view specific items. Clicking directly on a resource name (like a specific website) will open its dedicated management tools.
The Dashboard Workspace (Right Pane)
When you first log in, the main workspace displays an overview of your account, divided into two main sections:
1. Your Products and Services
The top section displays summary cards for your active services.
- Resource Counters: Blue badges indicate your current usage versus your plan limits (e.g., "3 out of 4").
- Quick Links: Click on a specific resource name to jump directly to its settings, or click See all to view the full list for that category.
- Provisioning: Use the buttons at the bottom of each card (e.g., CREATE WEBSITE) to immediately start the setup process for a new service.
2. Quick Access Tiles
The lower section provides large, clickable tiles for frequently used account-level tasks, grouped by category:
- Support: Quickly open new inquiries or view existing trouble tickets.
- Billing: Access invoices, payment methods, and billing options.
- Additional Services: Manage SSL certificates and global DNS records.
- Account Settings: Update your personal profile and address information.
