We perform daily backups as part of our emergency recovery plan, but these backups are not intended for customer use. We recommend that you maintain a backup of your website on your local computer. If necessary, we can retrieve individual website files from our backups, but we have to charge a fee to perform the search and file recovery. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that the files we recover will be the most recent snapshot of your site.
