Within the control panel, you have two distinct options for managing email:
You can host and manage your email accounts directly within our control panel. This converts your existing web domain into a mail domain.

Note: Mail domains can only be created by converting existing domains already registered in your Websites section. Not all hosting packages support this feature.
If you prefer to use an external email service (such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Zoho), you do not need to create a "Mail domain" in this section.
