Manage email

To establish a professional web presence, it is essential to have an email setup that matches your website's domain name.

For example, if your site is mysite.com, you likely want to create mailboxes such as support@mysite.com or contact@mysite.com and be able to send and receive mail through them.

Within the control panel, you have two distinct options for managing email:

Option 1: Host Mail with Us (Local Management)

You can host and manage your email accounts directly within our control panel. This converts your existing web domain into a mail domain.

Benefits of local hosting:

• Integrated Management: Manage websites and email in one place.
• Standard Protocols: Full POP3, IMAP, and SMTP access.
• Webmail: Access your email from any browser via the provided web interface.
• Protection: Integrated SPAM filters.

Note: Mail domains can only be created by converting existing domains already registered in your Websites section. Not all hosting packages support this feature.

Option 2: Use a Third-Party Provider

If you prefer to use an external email service (such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Zoho), you do not need to create a "Mail domain" in this section.

Instead, you must configure the DNS records to point to your provider:

1. Navigate to the DNS section in the main menu.
2. Select DNS records.
3. Add the specific MX records (and TXT/SPF records) provided by your third-party mail service.
