User Interface Overview

The Control Panel interface is structured into two main sections to provide a streamlined management experience.

1. User Tree Menu (Left Pane)

The left-hand segment of the window contains the User Tree Menu. This hierarchical list provides direct access to your account settings and services:

  • General & Support: Access your Dashboard, open Support tickets, and manage your Profile.
  • Billing & Subscriptions: Manage your Billing (Invoices, Payment methods) and view your active Subscriptions.
  • Services: Dedicated sections for each product type:
    • SSL Certificates: Manage orders and free certificates.
    • Virtual servers: Access console, power, and recovery options.
    • Websites: Manage files, IIS settings, and bindings.
    • MS SQL: Manage databases and logins.
    • Mail domains: Configure mailboxes.
    • DNS records: Manage global DNS settings.

2. Workspace & Navigation Tabs (Right Pane)

The right-hand segment is your main Workspace. It displays the content and configuration options for the item selected in the tree menu.

Tab Navigation:
When you select a specific resource (for example, a specific Website or Virtual Server), a row of Tabs will appear at the top of the workspace (e.g., Summary, File Manager, Settings). These tabs mirror the sub-items found in the left-hand tree menu. You can navigate using either the tree menu or the tabs; they perform the same actions.

Adjusting the Layout

The interface allows you to customize the workspace to fit your screen:

  • Resize: You can adjust the width of the menu by clicking and dragging the central separator line between the left menu and the right content area.
  • Collapse/Expand: Double-clicking on the separator line will automatically snap it to the edge, allowing you to quickly maximize the view of either the menu or the content area.
